Rug Delivery Process & Terms

Customer Own Pick-Up

Customers may be able to place an Order on our Site for collection from the Tappeti Showroom at:

Unit 2, 23 A Mars Road, Lane Cove West NSW 2066

Collection time is:
Monday – Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm

Own Pick up is Free of Charge (“Click and Collect”).Click and Collect eligibility is dependent on:
(a) the time that an Order is placed; and
(b) stock availability.

Please email studio@tappeti.com.au to arrange a pickup date and time at least 24 hours prior to collection.

The order will be rolled and wrapped in plastic for protection.

Tappeti will provide the dimensions and weight of the order to ensure collection with a suitable vehicle.

Tappeti will make use of its right to refuse helping to load the order onto a vehicle not fit or suitable for carrying the load of the order.

Tappeti won’t take any responsibility for damage or loss of the product during loading and after collection of the order.
Delivery Process

Tappeti’s Products are available for delivery domestically (that is, within Australia) and internationally.

Tappeti further reserves the right to refuse to ship Orders to remote or rural locations, in which case, Customers will be notified via email and are entitled to a full refund.

Tappeti warrants and represents that we will use our best endeavours to ensure that Orders are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, due to factors out of our control, we note that shipping may, from time to time, be delayed. Tappeti does not accept any liability for Loss or damage suffered as a result of any such delay.

Shipping prices may vary from time to time depending on:
(a) the provided delivery location; and
(b) the weight and size of the Product or Products ordered.

The date of dispatch displayed on the Site at the time that an Order is placed is an estimate only and is subject to change.

Tappeti and or third-party freight carriers will not deliver Orders to PO Box addresses.

Where a Customer gives written authority for Products to be delivered to the provided address without signature, any and all insurance cover will be voided and the liability of such Products transfers to the Customer.

The couriers or postal services nominated by Tappeti will deliver Orders during local business hours (being 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Items will be delivered wrapped and rolled to the ground floor of the provided address. No unpacking of the items is included in the delivery service.

For certain delivery areas rug lay out service might be available upon email request. Extra charges will apply for this service and will be quoted separately.

Customers give Tappeti their permission to pass on their name, phone number and the delivery address to the nominated delivery service. The delivery service will contact the customer to arrange for delivery within the estimated delivery times.
